Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Timeline

Due to the custom nature and strict manufacturing quality checks of our outdoor playground structures, most equipment is manufactured to order. Our standard delivery timeline nationwide across India is usually **within 30 days (1 month)** from the date of order confirmation and advance payment.

In cases of custom color configurations, bespoke dimensions, or large-scale multi-play structures, dispatch might take up to an additional 7–10 days. We will communicate the precise estimated delivery window at the time of your quote confirmation.

2. Shipping Locations

We deliver and install our playground solutions **nationwide across India**. All states and union territories are covered under our freight network. For deliveries to remote or hilly regions (such as portions of Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, or Northeast India), extra logistics planning and timelines may apply.

3. Transit and Freight Charges

Freight and logistics charges are calculated based on the total dimensions/volume of the equipment and the destination distance from our manufacturing facility in Faridabad, Haryana. These charges will be detailed as a separate line item in your official Quote proposal.

4. Installation & Receiving

For complete playground solutions, Hugar offers optional professional installation services. If you choose our installation package, our technician team will coordinate with your site contact to arrive within 2–3 business days of the shipment reaching your location.

Upon delivery, a representative must be present to inspect the shipment for any signs of physical damage or missing components before signing the delivery challan. Any discrepancies must be noted immediately on the transit document and reported to us.
